It's All Happening at the new Phoenix Women's S.H.E.D.

The Phoenix Women’s S.H.E.D. (Support, Education, Health, Diversity) has now held three events and an Official launch. We are delighted to say that the word is spreading and support for the SHED is growing rapidly.

We had a fun session of Drumming with Drum Dance Ireland; we have held a public meeting attended by 40 women to ask women in Kerry what they would like to do in the SHED.

We have had a TAI CHI and Tea Party morning attended by 50 women. We had the health benefits of Tai Chi followed by beautiful home baked cakes and handcrafted vegan chocolates. There was lots of lively conversation, laughter and connections made.

We also held our Official Launch at the Meadowlands Hotel, where we enjoyed a fabulous summer buffet. The display of food was exquisite. We listened to harp music by Morgan followed by disco dancing in the beautiful Meadowlands Hotel. Thank you to the staff for looking after us.
